VoyZia may offer a free plan with limited monthly translation time and one or more paid plans for higher usage. Specific limits, prices, and billing conditions may vary by country, platform (for example, App Store or Google Play), and currency.
To provide translations, VoyZia processes your voice input and related data through automatic speech recognition (ASR), translation, and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies. Some of these capabilities may be provided by third-party AI service providers.
By using the Service, you consent to the processing and temporary storage of your voice input, transcriptions, translations, and related technical data as described in our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, user interface, design, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to GZLighTek and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VoyZia app for your own personal or internal business purposes.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide high-quality translations and stable service, we do not guarantee that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GZLighTek and its members, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you are using only the free plan, the equivalent of 0 JPY.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, app stores, payment processors, AI providers, or communication tools). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that you:
