Some features of VoyZia (including Pair Chat, Remote Voice Sessions, and full conversation history) require you to create an account. A Guest Trial mode is available without an account for limited daily use. You are responsible for:

The Service is provided for lawful personal and business use, such as travel communication, cross-language business meetings, and assisting staff in customer-facing roles (for example, hospitality, transport, and retail).

VoyZia offers a free plan with monthly credit allowances and one or more paid plans for higher usage. Specific limits, prices, and billing conditions may vary by country, platform, and currency.
To provide its conversation assistant features, VoyZia processes voice input, conversation messages, and related data through automatic speech recognition (ASR), translation, text-to-speech (TTS), and AI rephrasing technologies. Some of these capabilities may be provided by third-party AI service providers.
By using the Service, you consent to the processing and temporary storage of your voice input, Pair Chat messages, Remote Voice session data, transcriptions, translations, rephrase requests, and related technical data as described in our Privacy Policy.
VoyZia processes conversations in real time for the purpose of translation. We do not use the content of your conversations to train AI models without your explicit consent.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, user interface, design, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to GZLighTek and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VoyZia app for your own personal or internal business purposes.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to provide high-quality translation and conversation assistance, we do not guarantee that:
You are responsible for reviewing and, where necessary, confirming translations before relying on them for important decisions (for example, medical, legal, or safety-critical communication).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GZLighTek and its members, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you are using only the free plan, the equivalent of 0 JPY.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, app stores, payment processors, AI providers, or communication tools). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that you:
You may stop using the Service at any time and, where applicable, cancel your subscription through your app store account.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where GZLighTek is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
